Arrival and departure times
- Check-in from 2 pm on the day of arrival.
- Check-out until 11 am on the day of departure.
Our reception is open 24h!
Breakfast times
Start your day with a varied breakfast buffet!
- Monday-Saturday 6.30-10.00
- Sundays and holidays 7.00 - 10.30
Lactose free milk, as well as gluten free bread rolls can be offered on request. Please note this when making your reservation.
Wi-Fi
- Free Wi-Fi in the entire hotel area and in all hotel rooms. Log in and start surfing in the web!
- Each of our rooms has an in-room tablet/guest tablet.
PARKING
- Public parking garage underground at the hotel (Müller-Parkhaus).
- The parking fee for the hotel is EUR 12.00 per car / night.
- For safety reasons, the lift of the parking garage is only accessible with a hotel key.
- The garage is suitable for a height of up to 2 meters.
- Please pick up your room key at the reception before entering the parking garage!
Note on parking in case of a walking disability:
- Please park on the A-levels (1A / 2A / 3A) in the parking garage, where access to the hotel lift is barrier-free!
- Please pick up your room key at the reception before entering the parking garage.
Bicycle / Velo / Pedelec
- Your bike / velo / pedelec can be parked in our bike room.
Children are very welcome!
- 1 child sleeps up to 6 years free of charge in the parents' bed.
- Take advantage of our multi-bed rooms & Suits, additional extra beds are not possible.
- Free baby cots (children 0-2 years) are available on request & availability.
- For children from 6 years we charge for breakfast EUR 6.00 per day.
Pets
Pets (for example dog) are not allowed in our hotel.
Payment
- On arrival at the reception. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Eurocard, Diners) or debit card.
- You are also welcome to use the "CONICHI-APP" for easy payment via mobile phone. Your invoice will then be sent to the desired address by email.
- For our corporate clients, we also offer a payment via invoice. For this purpose, a written statement of cost on the part of the company is required.
Non smoking hotel
- We are a non-smoking hote!
- Smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel and in the rooms.
- Should a fire alarm be triggered by unauthorized smoking, we assume no liability. The resulting costs are to be paid by the guest directly in the hotel.
- Our employees are expressly instructed to remind you if necessary.
- Smoking in the room will be charged with an extra cleaning surcharge of € 100 or more.
Left-luggage office
Your luggage can be left in the luggage room at reception free of charge on the day of your arrival or departure. We would like to point out that the hotel assumes no liability.
