Arrival and departure times
- Check-in from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
- Check-out until 11 am on the day of departure.
Our reception is open 24/7!
Breakfast times
Start your day with a varied breakfast buffet!
- Monday - Saturday 6.30 - 10.00 am
- Sunday and holiday 7.00 - 10.30 am
Lactose-free milk or gluten-free rolls? Just let us know when you make your reservation and we will be happy to take care of it.
Wi-Fi
- Free Wi-Fi in the entire hotel area and in all hotel rooms. Log in and start surfing in the web!
- Each of our rooms has an in-room tablet/guest tablet.
PARKING
- Public underground parking garage at the hotel with digital license plate recognition (Müller-Parkhaus).
- Please pick up your room key at the reception before entering the parking garage and provide us with your license plate number for registration purposes.
- The parking fee for hotel guests is EUR 12.00 per car / night.
- For safety reasons, the elevator from the underground parking garage is only accessible with a hotel key card.
- The garage is suitable for a height of up to 2m!
Note on parking in case of a walking disability:
- Please park on the A-levels (1A / 2A / 3A) in the parking garage, where access to the hotel lift is barrier-free!
- Please pick up your room key at the reception before entering the parking garage.
Bicycle / Velo / Pedelec
- Your bike / velo / pedelec / E-bike can be parked in our bike room.
- Please do not bring bikes up to your hotel room!
Children are very welcome!
- children (up to 6 years) sleep free of charge in the parents' bed.
- Take advantage of our family rooms & suites, additional extra beds are not possible.
- Free baby cots (children 0-2 years) are available on request & availability.
- For children from 6 years on we charge for breakfast EUR 8,50 per day.
Pets
Pets (for example dog) are not allowed in our hotel.
Payment
- On arrival at the reception. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Eurocard, Diners) or debit card.
- For our corporate clients, we also offer a payment via invoice. For this purpose, a written cost coverage provided by the company is required.
Non smoking hotel
- We are a non-smoking hotel!
- Smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel and in the rooms.
- Should a fire alarm be triggered by unauthorized smoking, we assume no liability. The resulting costs have to be paid by the guest directly in the hotel.
- Our employees are expressly instructed to remind you if necessary.
- Smoking in the room will be charged with an extra cleaning surcharge of € 250 or more.
luggage storage
Your luggage can be left in the luggage room at reception free of charge on the day of your arrival or departure. We would like to point out that the hotel assumes no liability.
